Photo etching is a good choice for large sized designs. It is cheaper and lighter than die struck soft enamel pins while colors can be as multiple as die struck soft enamel pins. Standard thickness is 0.8mm brass, thicker material is available and the maximum thickness of brass material is 2mm only. Photo etching can’t be made in 3D cubic because all the motifs are etched with chemical acid, the depth is shallow.
