Each sheet is made with a flexible rubber base, with a self-adhesive backing that is then laminated to a premium printed design with a high gloss finish. The sheets are cut with rounded corners and a little leeway to compensate for minor differences in internal box dimensions. The inside and external dimensions of the boxes are shown below.
